NeaMea is designed to help users organize life-balance information, plan everyday decisions, discover thoughtful resources, purchase carefully selected products, and access supportive apps. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the rights, safety, privacy, or use of the Services by others.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update your information when necessary. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you should contact us promptly.

You may enter, upload, store, or share information through the Services. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you provide. You grant NeaMea the limited permission needed to host, process, display, organize, back up, and transmit your content only as necessary to operate and improve the Services.

The Services are provided for personal organization, reflection, planning, and life-balance support. NeaMea does not provide medical, mental health, financial, tax, legal, or other professional advice. Any information, summaries, reminders, products, or suggestions made available through the Services should not replace advice from qualified professionals.

NeaMea offers subscription access to the NeaMea Life Balance app at $4.99 per month or $49.00 per year. These subscription prices apply to access to the NeaMea Life Balance app only and do not include any applicable taxes, transaction charges, currency conversion charges, payment processing fees, or other fees that may be charged by “Stripe,” financial institutions, card networks, or applicable law. Payment processing is handled by “Stripe,” and all payment transactions, including any taxes, payment fees, authorization, billing, and payment-related processing matters, are subject to Stripe’s applicable terms, policies, and procedures.

NeaMea may offer a 14-day free trial before paid access begins. During the trial period, users may explore the Services and decide whether to subscribe. To keep continued access to their progress and paid features after the free trial ends, users must subscribe before or on the end date of the trial. Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing plan unless canceled. Users may cancel their subscription at any time. If a subscription is canceled, the user may continue using the paid Services until the end of the current billing cycle. At this time, NeaMea does not offer refunds unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by NeaMea.

Purchases of physical or digital products through the NeaMea Store may be subject to additional order, shipping, and return terms disclosed at checkout.

The Services, including the NeaMea name, branding, design, structure, content, features, templates, workflows, and related materials, are owned by NeaMea LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable Services, but we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeaMea LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk, misused the Services, or acted in a way that may harm NeaMea, other users, or the integrity of the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by appropriate means, such as posting the updated Terms or sending a notice by email when required or appropriate. Continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
